If you are looking for some family fun near your Richmond new home, then Maymont invites you to walk through the Employees Only door and experience the Nature Center as you have never seen it before. Attendees ages five and older will get a firsthand look at the care required to maintain 13 aquariums and more than 200 animals. This fantastic event will be held Saturday, January 12 at 1:00 p.m. Cost is $6 per person and $3 if you are a member of the Maymont.

Maymont is a 100-acre American estate that was occupied by the Dooley family for 32 years before being turned into a museum shortly after the death of Mrs. Dooley. (more…)
